Nematoda on skin or anal.

Cause

It is caused by parasitism of Nematoda.
Skin nematodes are considered to have Cyclops as intermediate hosts, and fish that ingest them become infected, with the nematodes growing inside their bodies and appearing under the scales for reproduction.

Countermeasure

It can be prevented infection from eliminating the intermediate host.
