Aeromona diseases
Symptoms
The scales handstand or become like pinecone which called 「Dropsy disease」.
Furthermore, the symptoms accompany with bleeding, congestion of skin or fins, abdominal distension, protrusion of eyeballs.
Cause
The bacteria called Aeromonas, is one of the causes.
It may occur even without involvement of this bacterium, and there are still aspects that remain to be understood.
The fish gets sick easily when its immune system is weak, or the water quality is deteriorated.
Countermeasure
The treatment is to change the water about 1/2~1/3 and take a medical bath with appropriate medicine.
It is also effective to combine with saline solution diluted to 0.3～0.5％.
