Argulus infection
Symptoms
It can be seen around 5mm circle shape on the fin and skin of platyzoa. They rob their body along with parasitic part get congestion.
Cause
It is caused by parasitism of crustaceans, called Argulus.
The parasite leads to inflammation by sticking their poison barb into skin and sucking leaking bloods. It may be happened to massive parasitism or small fish; the poison liquid sometimes leads to death.
Countermeasure
It can be taken out physically by pinset.
It is possible to be infected again after Argulus is taken out from affected area, so take medical bath with Green-F gold, Kan-Para, and El Berge Ace will be effective.
