1st time meeting up Terance Chua in Asia Cup Singapore although knowing his art for quite some time. Decided to visit him at his workshop the next day with Geikan Nishikigoi magazine editor, Baba San.
He was doing his 1st overseas 3D art of size 2.5mx1.9m, for India customer.
Looking at the photos below, he was doing the final spray and lacquering in India under a hot temperature of 39 degrees. His customers was so impressed of his work and he worked from 7am to midnight in the most days. However, his hard work and effort deserved a big compliment from the customer. I think this is definitely a great and magnificent art.
The completed art is now hanging proudly into his customer new building which still constructing and the new house will complete in the new 2 week.
I believe when his customer have a house warming, this 3D koi art will be the most attractive piece in the house.
